We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential services, schedule consultations, deliver requested work, improve the website, measure marketing activity, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Form processing
Website forms may be processed by Netlify or another contracted form and CRM provider. Form submissions are stored in our employee lead system and may be delivered to our business email inbox so we can respond. When you provide an email address, we send a transactional confirmation. When you separately select the optional SMS consent box, we may also send a confirmation and individual follow-up texts. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the audit form.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, communications, CRM, advertising, analytics, hosting, and security, or when required by law.
